Conway graduated Eastern New Mexico University, Portales, after moving each season due to changing circumstances. After his Freshman year at Lander, Conway transferred to Eastern New Mexico where he propelled an unknown program to the top of the Conference winning several honours. The program was subsequently scrapped and Conway transferred to Clayton State University before returning to ENMU to complete his Bachelors Degree.  As of Fall 2023 Conway still has one year left playing eligibility and he will see out his collegiate career playing at the University of Illinois Springfield whilst studying for an MBA.   Conway has played 4th Tier NPSL soccer regularly for Irving FC in Texas. They have named changed to Gallos FC for the Spring 2023 season. Conway has won post season honours at both Conference and Regional Level consistently in the NPSL.
