Kirby achieved MBA with Distinction honors, specialising in Finance. He previously gained a perfect 4.0 GPA in his BSc where he majored in Aviation Business Administration. Kirby passed industry examinations before landing his dream job with Cambridge Massachusetts based Alderman & Co where he has shot up the ladder quickly to Vice President. Academically, Kirby made the Sunshine State Conference Commissioners Honor Roll in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. He also earned the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award in 2020 and 2021 On the field he was a standout for Embry-Riddle Eagles starting 37 out of 37 games as a central defender. He captained the team.
