Haggon captained TJC in 2005 and was First-Team All-American. Both years the program finished 3rd in the NJCAA Regional Championships. He lettered both seasons. Haggon moved to NCAA D1 Marshall, where he lettered and made the Conference Commissioners Honour Roll. Haggon moved again to NCAA DII Clayton State, where he captained the program and made All-Region First-Team Daktronics. He graduated with a BSc in Fitness Management and secured his MBA. For seven years, he was CSU Assistant Coach, securing his USSF A Licence. Following this, he joined Concord Fire SC as a Director, where he also coached the USDA U19 team on the national program until that was abandoned. He also coached the U15 and U19. Karl is Head of Client Services USA for Scholarship Connect.
